SAULT are a British punk-funk band that have been on the rise in the underground. With very little information about them available, their image is draped in refreshing occult and modesty. They've just released a new album Untitled (Rise), which is their fourth album since their 2019 debut...it's clear that SAULT aren't messing around. Mid-album track 'Free' opens with a shuffly drum groove and a playful synth bass. Fast paced, 60s style vocals are cut with slower, gospel-style verses that preach 'what will be will be', whilst outlandish synth squirts and vibrant percussion make for an exotic sound.
